Korasan Vintage Rug 324cm x 237cm / 10ft 8in x 7ft 9in

The Vintage range are old Oriental rugs mainly from Afghanistan and Turkey. These rugs are washed before the pile is shortened and the whole rug undergoes what is called an overdye process. This leaves the rug looking worn and faded with just a hint of the original pattern detail showing through. Because the pile is reduced the rug is left with a more hardwearing feel similar to a kilim.
